Key point from video: According to the Carolina Multiple Listing Service, 159 Lake Wylie Waterfront Homes were sold here on Lake Wylie with 17 under contract. We are continuing to see a growth of development of new homes on Lake Wylie as well as a robust real estate market.

Lake Wylie Waterfront Homes for 2016 year to date review:

• 13 Waterfront Real Estate properties sold in the month of November compared to 10 last year.
• 90 Homes are currently are currently for sale (lowest inventory count all year).
  • Listing price ranges from $265,000 up to $3.7 Million Dollars
• 17 Lake Wylie Properties are currently under contract.
  • 6 of those properties are above $1.0 Million Dollars.
• 139 Waterfront Properties have sold since the beginning of the year with dockable waterfront.
  • Record Breaking Year.  Compared to last year we had only sold 93 properties YTD.
  • A total of 159 Waterfront properties have actually sold; so 20 lots were for canoe docking only.
• Average Sales to List Percent was 95%.
