The National Home Builders is reporting that despite the harsh weather affecting certain parts of the country, January sales maintained the momentum from December. As we posted in our Lake Wylie Real Estate update, this reinforces our prediction of a strong Spring in Lake Wylie Home Sales.

“In a promising sign, new home sales have been trending at post-recession highs for the past two months,” said NAHB Chief Economist David Crowe. “As the economy strengthens and mortgage rates remain low, we can expect continued upward movement in the housing market this year.”
