• Price Range:
  • Price range is currently 260,000 up to 3.8 Million.
  • Sales have been lagging from last year all summer long but have really picked up in the last 2 months.
• 94 Waterfront homes have been sold on Lake Wylie to date.
  • That is now up from the 84 homes that had been sold last year during the same time period.
• 14 waterfront properties are currently under contract here in Lake Wylie.
  • Price Range for homes under contract are $155,000 to $955,000.
• Last year our biggest Lake Wylie Waterfront Home sale was $1,375,000 located near Belmont.
• This year to date, the biggest Lake Wylie Waterfront Sale was on the Charlotte, NC  side at $1,250,000.
• Most expensive home currently for sale on Lake Wylie is $3,800,000.
• Our most least expensive home on the Lake is on a leased lot at $266,000.
• Sellers are achieving 95.5% of last list price (asking price) slightly higher than last year during this time-frame.
