Andy helped us purchase our first home. He was wonderful with the entire process from start to finish. He would answer every question we had and even give us advice on different things to look for in the house hunt. Certain things we never would have thought about like thinking about water bills in certain areas vs others or electric bills in homes with vaulted ceilings, he made sure we were educated about everything. Andy made the entire experience painless and enjoyable for us. He has even stayed in contact over a year later and checks in every now and again to make sure we are doing well. He remains accessible to ask questions to which is wonderful…right down to recommendations for a plumber etc. Andy is such an asset to the Lake Wylie community! He is a wonderful realtor and man.
